Good news folks!  Del should be back soon!  I can't promise on a certain date at the moment but for sure our fearless leader is on his way back and should be under his headphones talking to you all again in the next few days.  It really has been a pleasure talking to all of you in his stead and I really enjoy the calls and interaction that all of you faithful listeners provide on his daily radio show.  Which is eactly why I wanted to go bac kt othe basics today and make sure that, if we have any new listeners, everyone can be on the same page at once.  If it was your first time tuning in and you missed the beginning then you really should go back adn check it all out again.  That goes for you who have not had a refresher course in quite sometime.  Going back to the basics is never EVER a bad idea!

 

Alright people, I think we can almost officially start the count down until Del gets back from his vacation in Sunny Hawaii!  Lucky him huh?  Its raining cats and dogs over here and I am going to guess that, unless they are getting delightful summer showers, Del has been working on a tan this entire time!  Anyhow!  Thanks for comnig in anyway and tuning into his show everyday because I bet he is gonig to be fired up when he gets back and you are definatly not gonig to want to miss that.  So stick with us everyone!  We are waiting just like you and soon enough our fearless leader will return!  Listen to the podcast if you missed the show, you will not regret it!

Today I was sitting here thinking to my self everyone. I was thinking: Where are we?  Where are we in this cycle of real estate?  As I was pondering this question I started thinking about a different cycle.  I started thinking abotu what part of the life cycle we are in at this very moment.  I have this belief that every person has different seasons of life; things are either growing, blooming, or dying.  The two quesrions in this vein of thought are 1) What cycle are you currently in? and 2) Do you have any control of the cycles?

Have any of you ever sat back and just laughed at yourselves?  Have you ever just been amused at yourself and wondered who in the world you could be fooling?  I had that epiphany today when I was waking up in my bed around two o’clock this afternoon and I realized that I had slept in the entire day.  I roused myself quickly, knowing that I would have to go and get to my radio show when I noticed my girlfriend , who supposedly has a job supervising my apartment complexes, sleeping right next to where I was a few second ago.  So I went downstairs and saw my daughter doing dishes and cleaning up the house from a wild night of partying and having a good time.  Then I saw her son lying on the couch sleeping and I saw her other son sleeping on her bed fast asleep too.  This who scene really got me thinking about how this entire house that I occupy is full of people who have absolutely no responsibility at all...
